FNB Bancshares Announces Closed Acquisition of Community Bancshares
Scottsboro, AL (8/24/17) – FNB Bank has promoted three officers in recognition of their ongoing contributions to the bank’s success and growth. Mike Baggett, Executive Vice President of Lending, cited the importance of their commitment to serve at a higher level.
“All three individuals, Josh McWilliams, Samantha Wininger, and Marissa Sisk, have something in common,” stated Baggett. “Each has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a track record for putting the interest of those they serve above themselves.”
Josh McWilliams has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Lending. He attended Fyffe High School and is a graduate of Jacksonville State University. In addition to his responsibility with the bank, McWilliams serves on the board of directors for Pilgrim Ministries, Habitat for Humanity of Jackson County, and the ARC of Jackson County.
Samantha Wininger is an Assistant Vice President and Retail Loan Officer. She is a native of Scottsboro and has been with FNB for 10 years. Wininger is currently attending the Alabama Bankers Association’s School of Banking in Mobile, AL.
Marissa Sisk has taken on new responsibilities as Loan Operations Manager. She has 11 years of service with FNB. Sisk is a graduate of Athens State with a degree in Business Management.
